YOU WILL NEED:
a copy of your child’s birth certificate which will be handed in to your coach (in-house excluded 3-5 year olds)
Participations checks will be handed in to your coach as well before your season can start.
Club wide Mandatory Raffle tickets for $50 is now included in your registration fee and we will announce when tickets are available for pick up
The parent participation check is $50, please place it in a self-addressed Stamped envelope when handing in your check -- complete the two hours of volunteer time (per family) per season (Fall/Spring) and your check will be returned to you. For full year players, fall checks will be rolled over to the spring season unless other arrangements are made.
The raffle check is $50 per family. Sell a book of 10 tickets at $5 each and you recover your money. The raffle drawing grand prize is upto $2,500, will be held next spring.
