These policies are guidelines that are separate from the Club’s By-laws and Rules & Regulations. They assist the Executive Board in making decisions for situations not explicitly covered in the By-laws. These guidelines are now available to all members to provide transparency and a clear understanding of how the Club approaches specific situations.
