As a reminder, player cards should remain in your possession and should not be released to parents or other coaches, except in temporary situations such as approved guest play for a tournament.

Please note that all player cards are issued under Berkeley Soccer Association and the club remains responsible for all activities involving registered players.

If a player is leaving your team and/or BSA and is being removed from your roster, the card must be submitted to the Registrar.
