The Monmouth Ocean Soccer Association (MOSA) exists to enhance the player experience by fostering enjoyment, satisfaction, and a sense of accomplishment in playing soccer.

MOSA follows the FIFA Laws of the Game, as modified for youth by USSF and USYS. Additionally, the league operates in accordance with the policies of NJYS to ensure a safe and positive environment for all participants.
